Damn, it's not looking good for Real Madrid. Apparently, Nuri Sahin's recovery didn't go well as expected as the Turkish international suffered another knee injury during training and now faces the possibility of spending another two months on the sidelines according to Marca.
If confirms, Sahin will make his debut in November. Hence, he'll likely miss up to eight liga games and the first three Champions League encounters.
As mentioned earlier, this is a major blow for coach Mourinho and the team who are counting on Sahin to support Xabi Alonso in key games, especially in Champions League play where his playmaking skills would have been crucial.
We can't afford to miss this talented player to the sidelines any longer since we are short of a central midfielder to back up Alonso if the latter goes down. Man, lets hope that Sahin is not on the same league than Jonathan Woodgate and Arjen Robben and can be ready as soon as possible.
