Yet another Real Madrid player went down in Tuesday's FIFA games. Spain and Real Madrid's starting right back Álvaro Arbeloa was substituted as soon as the second half started.

Believe or not, Real Madrid got another symptom of FIFA Virus during Tuesday's FIFA Qualifiers. Ramos, Arbeloa, Casillas and Xabi Alonso faced Karim Benzema's France, and the Spanish right back had to leave the game in the 50th minute.

Arbeloa will remain two or three weeks out of Real Madrid's games, so Mourinho doesn't have a pure fullback to start against Celta Vigo and Borussia Dortmund. Mourinho has the right to implode in Real Madrid's Friday pre-match press conference.

Now, the Portuguese coach will probably have to play Ramos in the right wing and trust Casado or Nacho Fernández in the left. Essien, Albiol or Varane have not played in that position, so the Academy players will likely have the chance they were waiting for, although trying to stop Dortmund's powerful right wing won't be easy for them.

Mourinho could also go for a three-man defensive line with Callejón and Di María as offensive fullbacks, but it's usually hard to introduce a new formation when the season has already started. Besides, that would leave an offensive player out of the team.

One way or another, Real Madrid is in deep trouble.
