Kaká Left Off Real Madrid's Squad List In Barcelona Tilt

Brazilian playmaker Kaká has been left off the Real Madrid's squad list in the first game of the Supercup against FC Barcelona. Ricardo Carvalho, Nuri Sahin and Pepe will not travel to Barcelona either, and canterano Nacho Fernández will take Pepe's spot on the list.

Could that mean that Kaká is close to reaching an agreement to leave the club? That's the reason why Carvalho and Sahin weren't called up--we expect them to leave within the next few days--and Pepe is recovering from Sunday's collision with Casillas, as Mourinho explained in yesterday's press conference.

While we have no word on why Kaká was left off the list, we think it's a good bet that--barring some undisclosed injury--he's close to leaving Real Madrid.

REAL MADRID'S SQUAD LIST

Goalkeepers: Casillas, Adán and Jesús.
Defenders: Sergio Ramos, Marcelo, Coentrão, Albiol, Arbeloa, Varane and Nacho.
Midfielders: Özil, Xabi Alonso, Granero, Khedira, Lass, Callejón and Di María.
Strikers: Cristiano Ronaldo, Benzema, Higuaín and Morata.
