Gareth Bale will be ready to start this next Sunday, when Los Blancos play Villarreal at the Santiago Bernabéu. The Welsh attacker had been in and out of Real's training sessions this week but was able to ultimately rejoin his teammates this Friday.
Bale suffered a very strong tackle by Elche defender Aaron Ñíguez, who later apologized via Twitter.
I want to apologize for the unfortunate tackle.@GarethBale11 Pedir disculpas x la entrada desafortunada!@realmadrid pic.twitter.com/TkPMPMimjx

Bale accepted the apology and is now ready to feature this next Sunday, meaning that Jesé's hopes of getting a start this week have vanished. Jesé Rodríguez will now have to wait at least until Real Madrid's return leg against Schalke 04 in order to play meaningful minutes for Real Madrid, something that will spread the rumors about his potential loan deal away from Real Madrid this next summer.
One way or another, Ancelotti will surely feel happy about having Bale back in the squad ahead of what will be a tough match against Villarreal.
