Real Madrid vs. Chivas de Guadalajara Open Thread

Hey all, Madrid are about to play Mexican side Chivas de Guadalajara (who are apparently Mexico's Real Madrid...), in San Diego. If you'd like to watch in the USA it's on ESPN2; if you're out of the states, I think has it, though I can't confirm that.

So what will we learn from this match? Probably not much. But we will get to see a possible starting 11 (minus Iker, of course!) so we should be particularly interested in how this particular combination of players work together:

Real Madrid (4-3-3): Adán; Arbeloa, Varane, Carvalho, Marcelo; Coentrão, Granero, Ozil; Cristiano, Kaká and Benzema.

Important things to note: Raphaël Verane, Madrid's youngest signing at 18, will start alongside Ricardo Carvalho, and Granero will start over Xabi Alonso.
