Are you a budding sportswriter who would be overjoyed to work for a fun, up-and-coming website? Are you a professional journalist who, for some unknown reason would like to moonlight (for no money) at a Real Madrid blog? Are you passionate about Real Madrid and want to tell the world? Are you a Barcelona fan looking to troll a bunch of madridista n00bs?
We want to hear from you! Well, some of you.
Managing Madrid is looking to add another writer, or possibly two, to the staff. The position is unpaid, but highly lucrative (and by lucrative I mean you'll have a chance to appear on the world-famous Managing Madrid podcast), and entails a one to two article per week commitment.
If you're interested, please email a cover letter to managingmadrid(at)gmail(dot)com explaining why you would like to write for our wonderful site, and at least one writing sample (though it's not required, a resume would be helpful). No previous experience writing about soccer is required. Another important thing to consider: we do read every FanPost carefully, so posting a longer article there could significantly help your chances by letting us see your work on the site itself.
