Greetings out there MM'ers! Welcome to today's official Euro matchday open thread. There are so many exciting angles and storylines in today's Group B matches that it's hard to know where to begin. Portugal and the Netherlands face virtual must win scenarios as they prepare to square off against the surprising Danes and the powerful Germans. The storied rivalry between Germany and Holland will see another chapter written in its tumultuous history this afternoon and I expect some desperation from the Oranje as they seek to stay in contention in the 'Group of Death," while the Germans would love nothing more than to knock their rivals out of the competition in quick, embarrassing fashion.

Portugal also will need to perform with urgency or they will be on the outside looking in, essentially, before the third group match is even played.

So let's get excited for today's action! Tell us what's on your mind. Can Nani and CR7 provide fireworks for Portugal? Can RVP and Wesley Sneijder coexist on the pitch?
