Ancelotti will have to make a tough decision next Saturday. The Italian coach confirmed Bale is ready to start, but considering how well Ángel Di María is playing, to bench the Argentinian winger would be risky. It would make much more sense to start Cristiano Ronaldo as a striker with both Bale and Di María on the wings.
Bale played some minutes in the center of Real Madrid's attack against Juventus escorted by Morata and Cristiano Ronaldo on the wings. But Ancelotti left an interesting quote after the match:
Yes, Bale likes to play through that wing, and when he plays he will do it on the right wing. He's ready to start.
Ancelotti also said that he was happy with Benzema's performance, even though the French striker missed a big chance.
It will be interesting to see Ancelotti's chosen ones against Barcelona.
