- Some good news for Real Madrid. Xabi Alonso participated in today's training session. He will have to take some more time to recover, but it's good to see him training with the squad. Varane and Illarramendi are still recovering from their injuries but they should be able to make their return sooner than Alonso. Kaka' spent some time after practice to get ready for the season.
