Real Madrid Sign Bale for 99M€, Deal to Be Announced Friday, 'COPE' Reports

Although the numbers seem to be shaking, Real Madrid's signing of Gareth Bale seems imminent. Real Madrid and Tottenham Hotspurs could even announce the deal right now, but los blancos don't want to put the focus away from Rául's testimonial.

That's why the signing will be confirmed this Friday. According to Cadena COPE and also Guillem Balagué, Tottenham have accepted the 99M€ bid for the Welsh star.

The player will be unveiled at the Santiago Bernabéu next week, so he will not be able to play at Granada next Monday. Bale should be ready to make his debut against Athletic Bilbao though.

This soap opera appears to be ending now, and both teams will finally be able to focus on their seasons. Tottenham Hotspurs are likely to sign Erik Lamela and Willian with Bale's money.
