It's official. After leaving Real Madrid's game at halftime due to problems in his soleus, Sergio Ramos' presence with the Spanish National team has been ruled out. The defender wanted to participate on Spain's next two games, but his muscular problems were tested by Spain's doctors, who confirmed that he will not be able to play for Vicente del Bosque during this FIFA break.
This is good news for Real Madrid, as Ramos could have aggravated his injury had he tried to play no matter what. Ramos should be ready to play against Levante in 15 days, but Ancelotti could decide to leave Ramos out of that game in order to have him 100% ready for El Clásico, which will be played on October 25th.
