On the other hand, the Belgian keeper and his father deny the verbal agreement with Real Madrid.

Spanish reporter Guillem Balagué runs a piece on today's Diario AS saying that Chelsea would agree to sell Thibaut Courtois this very summer for 30M€. That report complements Monday's main rumor, which featured a potential agreement between the keeper and Real Madrid for 2016.

Thibaut Courtois himself spoke about Cadena SER's report.

I have no deal or agreement with any other club. I couldn't have said anything to Miguel Ángel Gil Marín because it is not true. Everyone knows I'm under contract with Chelsea and happy in Atlético de Madrid.

Balagué keeps on saying that Atlético de Madrid would be interested in signing the goalkeeper as well.

Courtois' father also spoke to Sky Sports and said the following.

This is a try to distract Atlético de Madrid. There have been no contacts with Real Madrid. Our negotiations with Chelsea have not started yet and they would never let him go for free. Thibaut is focused on the Liga BBVA and the Champions League with Atlético de Madrid.
