The way Real Madrid are playing right now, every one of those three teams will represent a problem for Carlo Ancelotti. Atlético de Madrid have Simeone's brilliant defensive system, Chelsea FC have José Mourinho and another very intense pressing. Bayern, on the other hand, have Pep Guardiola and a truly amazing roster with players like Götze or Müller playing minor roles. Let's know these three teams a bit more.
Atlético de Madrid
What Simeone is doing is simply beyond a logical explanation. Players like Gabi, Raúl García, Godín or Juanfran are starting in a squad that has knocked Messi and company out of the European competition. Yes, they've been a bit lucky in the Spanish Liga BBVA, while Diego Costa has proved himself as one of the best strikers out there. The Vicente Calderón stadium is playing a huge part in Atlético's success and their hatred towards Real Madrid will surely be a difficult thing to overcome. Ancelotti and his men were lucky to get that 2-2 draw at the Calderón a month ago, but it's also true that los blancos managed to beat them 5-0 on aggregate in the Copa del Rey Semifinals. Atlético have the weakest roster out of the four teams in the draw, but they have something really special that it's not easy to fight against.
Chelsea FC

José Mourinho is back with Chelsea FC, and we know that could help the team's will to fight hard for the win. As we saw during Real's win against Chelsea last preseason, there are some players in this roster that want to prove themselves against the Portuguese coach. The London-based club appeared to be on the race for the Premier League, but a loss against Crystal Palace will not help their cause, and now it seems that only Liverpool and Manchester City are truly contesting for the league title. Anyway, Mourinho is not able to line Nemanja Matic up in the Champions League, and the Serbian midfielder has been crucial since he signed from Benfica. Therefore, Mourinho has been forced to start David Luiz in the midfield. They do not have a proper striker with the aging Samuel Eto'o, the terrible Fernando Torres and the not-so-good Demba Ba, but with Eden Hazard, Oscar and Willian, Real Madrid's fullbacks will have their hands busy. And Andre Schurrle is a pretty decent player too. It's always hard to beat José Mourinho in the knock-out stages, and it will not be easy to get a good result at the Stamford Bridge. Careful with Chelsea.
FC Bayern Munich
They are the team everyone is talking about. They signed Pep Guardiola. They signed Mario Götze and they will also have striker Robert Lewandowski next season. And you have to add Franck Ribéry, Arjen Robben, Toni Kroos and Bastian to the equation. But note that I didn't mention one defender. Phillip Lahm is being used as a midfielder this season. Guardiola wants to keep the ball and Lahm does that perfectly. But I simply cannot understand why doesn't Guardiola put the world's greatest right back in his natural position. Rafinha, Boateng, Martínez, Alaba and Dante are alright. Alaba is very young and will surely improve, but I'm not sure how he would handle a player like Gareth Bale or Isco. Bayern have been impressive in the German Bundesliga but their performances in this Champions League have not been so dominant. Everybody expected them to have a much easier task against a struggling Manchester United side who couldn't start Mata or Van Persie, and yet David Moyes and Rooney stood a chance. Bear with me, but I think that this Bayern Munich side is really frightening, but a bit overrated too.
