Huge news for Real Madrid. Sami Khedira completed Sunday's training session with the rest of the squad, showing that he's now closer to play a full match. He will need at least a couple of weeks to get in shape, but his knee seems to be fully recovered and those are very good news for Carlo Ancelotti and the coaching staff.
Even though Di María has been playing well in the midfield, to have Khedira's presence there would be a very valuable asset for Real Madrid, especially if he could play in the matches against Bayern Munich, although his presence doesn't seem very likely.
Khedira's goal is to participate in 2014 FIFA World Cup, and he will definitely be available for Real Madrid's last Liga BBVA games and the potential Champions League Final should Real Madrid knock Bayern Munich out of the competition in the upcoming weeks.
Again, great news to see Sami back.
