After missing two weeks with a thigh injury, Cristiano Ronaldo is finally ready for Real Madrid's biggest remaining test, the Champions League Semifinals against Bayern Munich in which he should play a crucial role.
This Monday, Ronaldo completed the whole training session with his teammates, including Sergio Ramos and Marcelo. Ramos was still bothered by some problems on his neck and the Brazilian defender has not been back since he pulled his hamstring in a training session.
All three players will be available for Carlo Ancelotti, and it seems that the Italian coach will start them. Marcelo has been replaced brilliantly by Fàbio Coentrao but he still appears to have the edge, and so do Ramos and Cristiano Ronaldo over Raphäel Varane and Isco.
Cristiano Ronaldo's pace and accuracy is something Bayern Munich will need to worry about, because Real Madrid will likely play with a counterattacking style against Bayern's possession-oriented style.
