Gareth Bale appeared to be all right. He missed Monday's training session but he completed a full 90 minutes of practice today without difficulty. But now, he's not with the team at Valdebebas. He will spend the night at home resting and will decide Wednesday morning if he's ready to play or not.
Cristiano Ronaldo will have to take a similar decision tomorrow. It seems that he has recovered from his thigh injury but Ancelotti said that a decision on his fitness will be made on Wednesday morning.
Both players should be ready to start the game however. Unless an illness is serious, players of this quality should be able to perform. That also applies to Cristiano Ronaldo, who trained hard over the last three days in order to recover and start this Champions League match against Bayern.
