Bayern Munich Vs Real Madrid, Champions League 2014: Ramos' Show

Initial reaction to Ramos' show

Adam Pretty

Remember when Manuel Neuer tweeted that Ramos wasn't good at taking penalty-kicks? Remember that? Well, now you have something else to remember. This team completely dominated a mediocre Bayern Munich side thanks to a stellar performance by each one of Real's players. But you have to mention Sergio Ramos. You just have to. He missed Real's decisive penalty two seasons ago. And everybody laughed at him. He shut everybody's mouth today. This is just a player that will go down to Real's history books as a legend.

Tonight, he scored Real's two opening goals and paved the way for a brilliant 0-4 win. There is nothing else to say. We beat the defending champions by 5-0 on aggregate. Can it get any better? Yes it can. We are 90 minutes away from Champions League glory. Let's enjoy it with our minds on Lisbon. May 24th.

Yeah, you are the Black Beast alright. Let us be the white one.
