Iker Casillas: A He was perfect tonight. Thanks to a marvellous job by his defenders, he only had to intervene in long shots but did his job when he had to.
Dani Carvajal: A+ Franck who? Carvajal was a monster tonight. He drove Ribéry insane. Great job by Dani, who's improving week after week.
Pepe: A+ Another great job by Pepe. Like his teammates, he was impeccable tonight. He's built a steel curtain and he's always on top, leading his teammates.
Sergio Ramos: A++ Sergio, who missed a PK at the Bernabéu against Bayern a couple years ago, finally got his revenge against Neuer, scoring the first two goals of the night. He was perfect tonight, both on set pieces and as a defender. Man of the match. The hero of a game for the ages.
Fábio Coentrao: A+ Another tremendous performance by Fábio, who doesn't look like he will give lots of chances to Marcelo for the remainder of the year. Robben looked like a ghost thanks to the Portuguese star.
Xabi Alonso: A One of the keys to limit Bayern's talented players. Kroos, Ribéry, Müller, they all looked frustrated thanks to the defensive wall that started with Alonso. Sadly, he won't play in the final. That's a heartbreaker and the only negative tonight. No worries, sir, they will win it for you.
Luka Modric: A+ Terrific game by Luka. Already a fan-favorite, he showed once again why he was signed by the most important club in the world. He was phenomenal tonight.
Ángel Di María: A Another great performance by the Argentine. He's a tireless player that helps in every part of the field. El Fideo is always all over the place, helping both on the counters and recovering the ball.
Gareth Bale: A Brilliantly assisted Ronaldo on the 3-0 and looked dangerous all night long. He was one of the most dangerous players early.
Cristiano Ronaldo: A+ Like Ramos, he gets his revenge against the self-called Bestia Negra (Black Beast). The Commander scored two fantastic goals to get to 16 in the tournament. In a word? Unbelievable. What else can you say about him? Regardless of what happens in the final, he's already in Madrid's Olympus, next to Di Stéfano, Zidane and all of the all-time greats.
Karim Benzema: A Brilliant on the counter attack, he helped set up the third goal. As always, he doesn't have to score to create danger. He sets the tempo like no other striker in the world.
Carlo Ancelotti: A+ The eyebrow did it. He out coached Pep Guardiola tonight and delivered a monstrous win against arguably the best team in Europe. Ancelotti's best game so far and it came when we needed it most.
Raphael Varane (74' - Ramos): B Replacing Ramos, he kept things as easier as possible for Casillas.
Isco (79' - Karim Benzema): B Isco had a couple plays outside the box but it would've been nice to give him more time.
Casemiro (83' - Di María): B Not enough time to have a meaningful impact, but helped make the last minutes a lot easier.
