Real Sociedad Starting XI: Claudio Bravo; Carlos Martínez, Mikel González, Iñigo Martínez, José Ángel; Bergara, Elustondo, Zurutuza, Canales; Griezmann, Vela.

Real Madrid Starting XI: Diego López; Carvajal, Pepe, Ramos, Nacho; Alonso, Illarramendi, Modric; Isco, Benzema, Bale.

After Atlético's 1-0 win over Villarreal and with Barça leading over Betis thanks to a penalty kick scored by Leo Messi (which makes the eleventh PK awarded to Barça in this season's La Liga), Ancelotti is aware of the importance of beating Real Sociedad and thus he has chosen his best possible lineup, resting only Coentrao in favour of Nacho, and setting Bale and Isco in the wings upfront.

Our men will need to do their best to get a win out of Anoeta despite the important absences of Arbeloa, Marcelo, Khedira, Ronaldo and Di María. An even skinnier Fideo will be sitting on the bench although he is not totally recovered from his gastroenteritis, together with Casillas, Varane, Coentrao, Casemiro, Morata and the Castilla player William José.
