The Spanish media reported this morning that BeIN Sports had announced Falcao' transfer to Real Madrid. But shortly after, the French TV channel denied these reports. Therefore, it seems that Falcao is not joining Real Madrid anytime soon. It should be noted that there were reports saying that the Colombian striker joined Monaco just to sign for Real Madrid the summer after, but with his knee injury he might have problems reaching a deal with any elite club. Falcao is an interesting striker but Real Madrid would probably need a more versatile attacker to play with Bale and Cristiano Ronaldo. Considering that Karim Benzema is on the roster already, the only minimum upgrade that should be considered is Liverpool's Luis Suárez, who has been rumored to be a Real Madrid target many times this summer.
