Marcelo scored Real Madrid's third goal on the Champions League Final against Atlético de Madrid. And considering Gazzetta dello sport's report, it could have been his last wearing a Real Madrid shirt. Apparently, Juventus FC have sent an undisclosed offer to sign the Brazilian left back.
This is obviously far from being a done deal, but it seems that Ancelotti will only be able to keep one of his two left backs. Coentrao ended the season brilliantly, and even though Marcelo changed the game and allowed Real Madrid to dictate the tempo of the Final, the Brazilian left back has been underperforming over the last couple of years. But still, his best form is far better than Coentrao's. His 2010-11 season was simply brilliant and proved how good he can be.
Right now, all we know is that Juventus want to sign Marcelo. Considering that Real Madrid want to sign Pogba or Vidal, we might have something going on here.
