Fernando Hierro gave us his lucky charm and placed FC Basel on Real Madrid's group. That way, we avoided teams like PSG -who will be facing Barcelona-, Manchester City, Juventus or Borussia Dortmund. We can't thank Hierro enough for his job on the pot number 2. Too bad that Sanchís drew Liverpool on the third pot. Gento drew Ludogorets in the pot number 4.
After all, it's a fairly manageable group for Real Madrid, who simply should be fighting against Liverpool for the first place in the Group. Ancelotti's men will just have to take care of business against Basel and Ludogorets.
