Illarramendi: "I want to stay"

Asier Illarramendi made his point clear speaking to the press in Madrid. The Basque midfielder is happy with Real Madrid and would like to stay, but apparently he would also consider leaving the club if Real Madrid tell him to do so.

Right now, I don't know if we signed him (Silva) or not. If they tell me something, I would consider my options. But I don't know anything right now, and the club have not said anything to me, I'm just focusing on our match against Córdoba. I'm happy in Madrid and I want to stay.

Real Madrid are going to announce Lucas Silva's signing imminently to make their point stronger and show Illarramendi that he needs to leave if he wants to get minutes.
