Lucas Silva will wear number 16 for Real Madrid. The Brazilian midfielder is being presented at the Santiago Bernabéu, and he will talk to the press later on.

Silva was visibly happy -- and a bit nervous too -- during his speech, and he said that he visited the Santiago Bernabéu with his father when he was young, admitting that he always was a Real Madrid fan. The midfielder also thanked his former club for accepting a transfer away from Brazil.
Lucas Silva will train with his teammates today, and he should be available for Saturday's match against Real Sociedad, although he will not have an easy time earning a starting spot in Ancelotti's lineup. It will be interesting to see what Ancelotti plans to do with him, as Silva could play deep but also in Isco's spot.
