When Gareth Bale decided to take matters on his own and not assist Benzema or Ronaldo in Mestalla, the game was still 1-1. According to Marca, Bale's teammates on the famous BBC are still angry about this play. In similar situations, Bale had no problems to deliver the assist -- Real's third goal in the Allianz Arena is the perfect example --, and that's why Ronaldo and Benzema were surprised.

While both strikers have reasons to be displeased about that play's outcome, it could all easily be forgotten if Real Madrid get a win at the Calderón. According to that same report, Bale has not lost Ancelotti's trust, so he will start the Madrid Derby and try to redeem himself.
