CONFIRMED lineups: Real Madrid vs Las Palmas

Rafa Benítez's men should be able to save some legs for Tuesday's match if they manage to score an opening goal soon. It made sense not to risk the injured players because Las Palmas are expected to be relegated and they know how hard it will be to get a good result at the Bernabéu.

Real Madrid Starting XI: Casilla, Danilo, Varane, Nacho, Marcelo, Casemiro, Modric, Kroos, Ronaldo, Isco, Jesé.

Las Palmas Starting XI: Javi Varas / David Simón, Aythami, Bigas, Garrido / Hernán, Roque, Vicente / El Zhar, Viera, Willian José.

Benítez has decided to play it safe with Pepe and start Nacho. That should be enough. Other than that, Casemiro is starting in the midfield against a mediocre team, so it seems that he's Benítez's primary option for that DM position. Jesé, Isco and Ronaldo start upfront with Modric and Kroos as Real's playmakers. It will be interesting to see what Benítez does next Tuesday.
