Sergio Ramos was able to play -- and score a beautiful goal -- in yesterday's big match against Sevilla. The Spanish defender  injured his shoulder again and had to be taken off the game. Today, the Spanish National Team announced that Nacho will replace him in Spain's list for this upcoming FIFA break.

Ramos should stop playing until his injury heals completely. He's able to play though pain thanks to painkilling injections, but that's not an ideal situation considering that he might be forced to spend an extended period of time on the sidelines if he keeps risking a major injury.

Nacho played on the left side of Real's defensive line in Marcelo's absence. He's not a great player but he always tries hard and that's something Spain's Del Bosque seems to value. Either way, Real Madrid will need Marcelo to recover from his muscle injury before El Clásico, which will be played on November 21.
