Keylor Navas set to start for Real Madrid against Deportivo

Carlo Ancelotti completed Wednesday's training session with Keylor Navas as his starting goalkeeper, per Diario AS. That probably indicates that Navas will have another chance to prove his worth after being knocked-out of the Copa del Rey by Atlético de Madrid.

Iker Casillas completed a shaky performance on Real Madrid's 4-0 loss to Atlético de Madrid, so it will be interesting to see if Ancelotti changes his mind about Real Madrid's starting goalkeeper. Many people expected Navas to be way more involved after being one of the FIFA World Cup's best goalkeepers, but the truth is that, right or wrong, Ancelotti has always chosen Casillas over the Costa Rican keeper.

Again, Carlo Ancelotti announced that Navas would still get the chance to play some matches here and there after Real Madrid were knocked-out of the Copa del Rey, so this will likely be just a rotation to give Keylor Navas some minutes.
