Real Madrid's lead to Atlético increased again after Simeone's team loses to Celta Vigo

Just a week after taking Real Madrid down at the Vicente Calderón to reduce Los Blancos' lead, Atlético de Madrid are once again 7 points away from their city neighbors in the race for the 2014-2015 Liga BBVA title. Simeone's side was totally dismantled by a very disciplined Celta de Vigo team that managed to get a comfortable 2-0 win.

FC Barcelona did get a very easy home win against Levante, so they're still one point behind Real Madrid.

As things stand right now, it will be extremely important for Real Madrid to get to March 22nd's game at the Camp Nou by leading the table. That way, Barcelona would still need to go after that win and Ancelotti could be allowed to play with a counterattacking style. That game could very well decide the title, although there are still 15 games to be played.
