Real Madrid will have to make a decision on Raphaël Varane's future sooner rather than later. Given that clubs like Chelsea are reportedly offering close to €55 million to sign the French away from the Bernabéu and that Real Madrid are apparently going to give Pepe a contract extension, Varane's future in the Spanish capital seems somewhat uncertain.
Now, German tabloid Bild have reported that Bayern Munich would be willing to spend €60 million on Varane's signing.
According to @BILD, @FCBayern are after @realmadrid defender @raphaelvarane.

This is an interesting dilemma for Los Blancos. Is Varane worth €60 million? He probably isn't, as he has failed to live up to his own potential when given the chance during the last couple of seasons. He hasn't been mediocre either, but the French defender will also want to play minutes as a starter in the short-term. With Pepe and Ramos playing at their current level, Varane does not deserve to start, that's clear. But on the other hand, the transfer market on the center back position is very thin, something that would make Real Madrid's search for a replacement very difficult.
Considering that Real Madrid would also be willing to sign David Alaba away from Bayern, the potential talks between both clubs will be very interesting.
