It will not be easy for Real Madrid to deal with Isco's situation. The Spanish playmaker would be a starter everywhere else but he has been a reserve since James Rodríguez recovered from injury. According to MundoDeportivo, FC Barcelona are interested in signing him and would be paying attention to his situation in the Spanish capital.

The report basically indicates that Barcelona would be willing to make a move if Isco requests a transfer away from Madrid. That's unlikely to happen, but it definitely is a possibility if he doesn't get minutes in important matches this season. For instance, Isco came on in the 73rd minute against Atlético and his contribution wasn't great.
It should be noted that Carlo Ancelotti said Isco was "an undisputed starter" barely two months ago, something that isn't happening since James recovered from his injury.
