Real Madrid signed Danilo away from Porto just two days ago, but they will not stay still for very long, according to FIFA agent Gianfranco Cicchetti. The Italian was interviewed by CRC Radio and said that Real Madrid will announce the signing of José Luis Gayà in the upcoming weeks.
After buying Danilo, Real Madrid will sign a very interesting left-back in Gayà, and the announcement will be officially made in the upcoming weeks.
As usual with these reports from "FIFA agents" -- though Cicchetti is indeed a certified agent --, this should be taken with a grain of salt. It would be strange to see Real Madrid confirming two big signings during the course of a season, and the only reason why Los Blancos announced the deal for Danilo was that FC Porto needed to declare that money urgently.
Still, it's quite obvious that Real Madrid want to sign a left-back to replace Fàbio Coentrao next season. Will it be Gayà? Are the rumors about David Alaba true? Only time will tell.
