Real Madrid come into this game in good form, despite being plagued by injuries, as they're undefeated in their last six games having scored eighteen goals whilst conceding only two. Not only that but Madrid finally vanquished their season-long demons a.k.a. Atlético Madrid by knocking them out in devastating fashion in the Champions League quarter-finals Wednesday night. Since the recent Clásico defeat to Barcelona this squad seems to have rekindled the sort of belief that we saw in the first half of the season and this has coincided with the return to form of Cristiano Ronaldo.
Celta Vigo on the other hand have also hit a decent patch of form having only lost one of their last five, that being against Barcelona by a narrow 0-1 scoreline. Watch out for Nolito and Fabián Orellana who are the two danger men in attacking midfield. In fact, they recently thrashed the gritty Rayo Vallecano 6-1 so they're certainly not shy in front of goal. They'll try to set up Joaquín Larrivey who has notched eleven goals this season. Last time out Madrid romped to a three-nil victory courtesy of an in-form Cristiano Ronaldo's hat-trick but this time expect it to be a tougher test of Los Blancos mettle.
