Isco's situation is a tricky one. He's Real Madrid's 12th player, meaning that he will not start when everybody is healthy. Ancelotti said a few months back that Isco was "an undisputed starter", and Isco admitted three days ago that "it's hard to be benched".
Now, according to reports from COPE, the Andalusian playmaker would be willing to leave Real Madrid if a big offer comes his way.
"Isco is thinking about many things because he knows something is going on within the club. James is back and if Isco receives a big offer from elsewhere he's going to consider it because he's aware of his role as a reserve in Real Madrid. If this summer a big club comes and tells him he will be a key starter, Isco will leave. His form is not that good anymore and he thinks his benching is unfair."

Isco is probably thinking about his long-term future. He's happy in Madrid but at age 23 he needs to start. It will be interesting to see what happens.
