Carlo Ancelotti explained during Tuesday's pre-match press conference that Gareth Bale suffered from "small problems on his foot" and said that he was keeping an eye on this before making any decisions about Real Madrid's lineup in Vallecas.
Club sources told Managing Madrid that the Welsh player is feeling "much better" right after Real Madrid included Bale on the team's squad list.
Report: Gareth Bale is "better, much better" than he was yesterday. He would be at Ancelotti's disposal for tonight.

Ancelotti might still decide to play it safe and start James on Real Madrid's right wing. However, if needed, the Italian coach will be able to rely on Bale's skills.
It will not be easy for Real Madrid to control the game against Rayo Vallecano, so James' presence on the wing could help the midfielders at keeping the possession and preventing Rayo from dominating the game.
