It's easy to interpret that the club has no intention of appealing this decision. Real Madrid have a tough schedule ahead and the home match against Eibar could be the perfect one for Ronaldo to miss. Toni Kroos and James will also miss the game, so all these three players will be fresh for Tuesday's Champions League match against Atlético de Madrid.
