De Gea is getting closer to Real Madrid. After Van Gaal admitted yesterday that they are looking at other goalkeepers in case De Gea leaves, Marca's front page reports a "done deal" between the Spanish and Real Madrid, meaning that an agreement with Manchester United is the only thing Real Madrid must complete now.
Done deal between De Gea and Real Madrid. The goalkeeper will sign a five-year contract. Real Madrid need to reach an agreement with United. One out of Casillas or Navas must leave.
Considering De Gea has only one year left in his contract, an agreement between Real and United might not be hard to reach. However, the British club could try to include Gareth Bale in the deal, as they are interested in the Welsh attacker as well. Los Blancos will likely want to complete the move for De Gea without involving any other player in the deal.
