Jesé has been nothing short of mediocre this year, and he's been frustrated many times when Carlo Ancelotti decided to introduce him with just a couple of minutes left in the game. Jesé is a nice prospect, that's for certain, but he needs to mature and realize that he did not deserve more minutes the way he was playing.
