Ancelotti's tenure with Real Madrid seems to be edging towards an end, and if that happens the Italian coach could make a return to the club in which he succeeded the most: AC Milan. Ancelotti would be one of the three candidates to replace Filippo Inzaghi at Milan, with Emery and Conte as his rivals, according to La Gazzetta Dello Sport.
Milan have already picked three candidates to coach their team next season. The chosen one will come out of Emery, Conte or Ancelotti, with the Madrid coach being the favorite. Berlusconi will not make a final decision until the ownership is sorted out.
Ancelotti would still have to agree this move. Milan are not in great shape lately and the Italian coach could probably move somewhere else and fight for titles. It's a bit too early to speak about Ancelotti's next club considering that he hasn't been officially fired as Real Madrid coach just yet.
