Right after La Sexta informed that Jürgen Klopp and Rafa Benítez are the only two candidates to replace Carlo Ancelotti at Real Madrid, Deutschland Radio have reported that Klopp is the chosen one. According to their source, Klopp will sign a three-year deal with Los Blancos, worth €8 million/year.
Klopp is arguably the most reasonable prospect to replace Ancelotti. He managed very good things with Dortmund and his coaching style would adapt well to Real's roster. However, it's also true that Klopp would have to learn Spanish soon, although his English level is excellent.
If Klopp's signing is confirmed soon, Real Madrid will then have a long summer ahead to improve the roster and listen to Klopp's ideas. The board should pay attention to what he wants in this roster, and he will likely refuse the idea of playing under Ancelotti's 4-3-3 without a pure holding midfielder.
It's time for change in Real Madrid.
