Real Madrid should let him know their plans, and those will be firing Ancelotti and hiring Rafael Benítez, according to multiple reports around Europe.

Benítez's agent Manuel García Quilón refuses to confirm the talks with Real Madrid though. Quilón explained to Managing Madrid that "for the moment", this is just "a strong rumor".
