It's all set and done. Carlo Ancelotti will not stay with Real Madrid after this season, according to Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio. Although the latest news this Friday said that the Italian coach still had a small chance of being Real's coach next season, Florentino Pérez met with Ancelotti's agents this evening and discussed Ancelotti's dismissal and settlement.

Di Marzio says that Pérez will explain this decision to Real's board this Saturday. Ancelotti could now be headed to AC Milan, although he's somewhat reluctant of joining a club which will not be competing in next year's UEFA Champions League and could even struggle to make it into the 2016-2017 edition.

Carletto was Real Madrid's coach for the last two seasons and managed to conquer the 2014-2015 UEFA Champions League and Copa del Rey titles and the 2014 UEFA Supercup. Real Madrid also won the FIFA Club World Cup with him as a manager.
