Report: Rafa Benítez will be unveiled as Real Madrid coach next week

Rafa Benítez will sign his contract with Real Madrid next week -- Wednesday or Thursday, according to Josep Pedrerol --. Real Madrid President Florentino Pérez confirmed during Monday's press conference that Real would announce their new coach next week.

Benítez has all but completed his move to Real and he will speak alongside Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis in press conference this Thursday to possibly announce his departure from the Italian club.

Although Benítez will not confirm his next club this Thursday, his signing for Real Madrid is a well known secret at this point. Florentino Pérez wasn't convinced by his managerial style and the lack of support he has around Real's fanbase, but he is indeed the chosen one.

Expect some interesting quotes and explanations about his plans by Rafa Benítez during his unveiling, as he will surely want to prove many people wrong. He is expected to sign a two-year deal with Real Madrid.
