Benítez's signing confirmed by Real Madrid Director

If it wasn't obvious enough, one of Real Madrid's Directors, Fernández de Blas, confirmed yesterday that Rafael Benítez will be the man coaching Real Madrid next season in a meeting with some supporters.

"I'm going to tell you one thing, just one thing. Ancelotti is absolutely great and we have to thank him. Three days ago he was the world's greatest coach just like Mourinho was two years ago. From now on, the greatest coach will be Rafa Benítez."

He also spoke about Bale.

"Bale is an exceptional player and I'm proud of having him in the roster. It seems that we are all madridistas but then we whistle our own players and when some big stars visit the Bernabéu we give them standing ovations, just like it happens when they don't wear our shirt and they score goals which knock us out. Nonetheless, I belong to the group of fans that supports the ones on white."

Expect Benítez's signing to get announced early this week.
