Real Madrid vs Juventus, Champions League: Time, TV schedule and team news

A ticket to the Champions League Final is on the line. At least half of it.

Real Madrid's road to the Champions League Semifinals has not been easy. Even after earning a convincing 0-2 win in Germany against Schalke, the team struggled a lot in the return leg and were almost knocked out after losing 3-4 at the Bernabéu. On the next round, Ancelotti and his men took on the reigning Liga BBVA champions and city rivals Atlético de Madrid. Simeone's Atlético dominated Real during their last six meetings before that tie, but Los Blancos clearly outplayed their neighbors and managed to go through thanks to a late Chicharito goal in the second leg.

Now, Juventus await. The Italian faced Dortmund in the Round of 16 and Monaco in the Quarterfinals, knocking both of those teams in convincing fashion. However, Paul Pogba will be out and Juventus will surely miss his physical presence in the midfield. Coach Massimiliano Allegri has changed Juventus' system, and while sometimes he plays under Conte's 5-3-2, he has also deployed a 4-3-1-2 formation.

This is one of the biggest European rivalries. These two teams met last season in the Group Stage and Real Madrid collected a 2-1 win at the Bernabéu and a 2-2 draw away that would be a very valuable result for their clash today. Former Real Madrid player and canterano Álvaro Morata will surely try to prove Real Madrid wrong by completing a good display against the team that sold him last summer in a battle that could also be decided by the two legends between the sticks: Gianluigi Buffon and Iker Casillas.
