THings started very poorly for Real Madrid in this one. After Casillas made a big mistake that could have led toan even earlier goal, Juventus dominated possession and scored on the next play.
It was Morata the one player who earned first blood. The Spanish striker is surely willing to prove Ancelotti wrong. For instance, he would probably be playing this game if he was on Real's roster, given that Benzema is injured.
Other than Casillas making that big mistake mentioned above, the most disappointing player so far into the game is arguably Sergio Ramos, who has been turning the ball over since the match kicked-off. Ramos is playing in the midfield alongside Toni Kroos, and this worked against Atlético and Sevilla. However, it seems that things might be different in this first leg againat Juventus. Will Ancelotti deploy Ramos there again after these mistakes? It's probably unlikely, although the Italian coach is also a man who doesn't give up on his ideas.
