Gayà said "no" to a Real Madrid move by signing a contract extension with Valencia CF. His new buyout clause will be around €50 million, something Real Madrid will not be willing to pay for his services.
Thought to be Real's main target for the upcoming transfer window, Gayà would have been a very interesting signing for Los Blancos considering his €18 million clause. Now, he has decided to stay and snub a move to the Spanish capital.
