Van Gaal blocks De Gea's move to Real Madrid from Manchester United

Real Madrid are still facing some serious trouble over the signing of David De Gea. Manchester United will not let him go easily as coach Louis Van Gaal is doing everything to block this transfer, according to Marca. Van Gaal doesn't want to decrease the price and most importantly, he wants De Gea to be back with United on July 6th to start the pre-season.

De Gea would be a very important upgrade for Real Madrid, so many fans are surely asking why is it taking so long for Los Blancos to complete the signing. After all, they shouldn't have expected United to let De Gea go easily, so Pérez and his board needed to be ready for this situation.

All in all, it seems that Real Madrid will start the pre-season with Iker Casillas and Keylor Navas as their two goalkeepers and De Gea in Manchester United, meaning that Real Madrid have failed so far with their primary transfer target of the summer.
