David De Gea will not waste his chance to join Real Madrid this summer and he's told Manchester United that he's willing to join Los Blancos, according to Goal. It's clear that Real and United still have to reach an agreement over the transfer fee, but that shouldn't take very long if Madrid really want to complete this signing soon enough.
Manager Louis Van Gaal wants to replace David De Gea with Keylor Navas If/when the Spanish leaves Old Trafford, Although Real Madrid would rather see Iker Casillas leaving in order to avoid big controversy over the starting spot, Casillas is not making things easy for his lifelong club and he might as well stay, meaning that Navas could leave the club just one year after signing from Levante.
De Gea is most definitely the biggest upgrade Real Madrid can make this summer, and Los Blancos are determined to sign him now instead of waiting another year to get him as a free agent.
