David De Gea has come to terms with Real Madrid over his contract once he signs for Los Blancos, according to Eduardo Inda. The Spanish keeper will earn around €6 million/year, a lot less than what he could've got had he signed a contract extension with Manchester United.
De Gea will earn around €6 million. Real Madrid and Manchester United are still negotiating but I don't see this happening any time soon. It could take long before the clubs reach an agreement, and I certainly don't think this will get solved before the end of June, said Inda.
Reports from England indicated that the deal could be official this very same week, but that doesn't seem very likely just yet. Manchester United are not in a hurry and they will try to make De Gea stay by any means. Real Madrid should try to reach an agreement as soon as possible, given that the goalkeeper is the most important upgrade they can make this year.
It will be interesting to see if Real Madrid deny said report after what happened with the rumors about Pogba and Verratti in recent weeks.
